Onsite Indian Cooking Classes

New to Indian, prefer to take it easy and slow?!

Short Indian taster cooking classes are a perfect start.

A series of 6 sets of 3 hours classes where you begin with the basic introduction to spices and slowly work your way up.

We learn one main and one side dish of either your choice or as a set menu.

In these series, I  take you through a step by step process on using spices and applying cooking methods.

A personal group class can also be arranged upon request.

The costs include a casual friendly sit down meal, all ingredients, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and recipes.

You also get a chance to buy organic spices at the end of the class.

Time: Tuesday, Thursday or Friday: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
